The guests are Bob Trenchard co-chair of Wilmer Hale’s E-Discovery Committee who have opened a location in Dayton, Ohio; David Cohen co-chair of K & L Gates e-Discovery Analysis & Technology (e-DAT) Group who have one of their review centers in Pittsburgh, PA; and Cathleen Peterson, a special attorney and litigator with Orrick and a resident in Orrick’s Global Operations Center in Wheeling, West Virginia where document review work is sourced.
